Every time I'm back in Los Angeles, I try to make an effort to go to Wood Ranch. Last night, I paid a visit to the Burbank location, and it was another great experience. I got the Brisket, which was juicy and delicious. And for the sides, I went with roasted broccoli and mac n cheese -- each having hearty portion sizes. In addition, the server was attentive, and the ambiance gave off great vibes. I would certainly return to this location if I'm in the area again.

I used to live here in Burbank and was a regular visitor to this place...think of it as an upper end Black Angus -- which is actually just down the street. Had a chance to stop in recently and not much has changed...still quite tasty. The food is here is good...but the tri tip IMHO is the bomb. Tri tip is tough to find outside of California...and they do it well here. My meal this evening was a bbq chopped salad with tri tip -- a lovely experience. My only gripe is the amount of meat on the salad...if you are hungry you might want to double up on the meat. But nice decor, ambience and bar...solid dining option when you find yourself in beautiful downtown Burbank!

We went on Father's Day and despite the expected busy-ness of the day, their staff were all prepared to give us the best service. From the appetizers and drinks that they ask to refill each time it gets low, we ordered the prime rib and just enjoyed our meal. All their staff were very pleasant, from having a trendy hairstyle to their overall pleasant attitude. Love their food, love it more that the staff were accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu.

Wood Ranch is one of my favorite places to eat. The Burbank location is similar to their other locations. The adjacent parking lot makes it pretty easy. However, the spots are very tight. The restaurant is usually busy. This time around we sat in the bar area at one of the high top tables. We started off with warm bread. My guy also ordered chips and guacamole. For a BBQ place the quac was delicious. This time, I ordered the tri tip with Mac and cheese. Each protein comes with 2 sides of choice. The food was excellent. The portion size was plenty. Their menu offers multiple proteins and side dishes. There are a handful of appetizers as well. They are extremely family friendly with kid friendly menus. There is some outdoor seating. This is perfect for hot summer nights. One can not go wrong with Wood Ranch.

Freshly baked garlic rolls for the win! Ordered the smoked brisket with a side of fries and mac and cheese. Brisket was good with the sauce. The mac and cheese was watery and lacked flavor, which was disappointing. The garlic rolls were so good that we ordered another round. I know I shouldn't eat these but I couldn't help myself. Service was average. While the servers were nice, they didn't check in on us after taking my order and after waiting a while, I ended up paying at the register.

DELICIOUS! I've been craving ribs for a while now and I was finally able to get my hands on some! The ribs were cooked to perfection and the meat easily falls off the bones! Their Mac n cheese was scrumptious and of so cheesy! The loaded mashed potatoes! PERFECTION Wood ranch was busy! You can tell people love this place! Very family friendly! Parking was easy as they have designated parking spot for their customers. 2 hr limit. They have ambient lighting so it makes it feel nice and cozy! I'm glad I have a wood ranch near my home!

A big shout out to Isabel on Mother's Day! She is rocking the patio here at Wood Ranch BBQ in Burbank. We are having the best time. She's keeping us stocked with meat and slaw and sweet potato fries and lemonade and whiskey. Good times! Thank you, Isabel, and thank you Wood Ranch! Happy Mother's Day, y'all!

The ribs here are not fall off the bone tender, but it's good for being a corporate brand bbq restaurant. The prices are fair and the portions are good. Not the best bbq I ever had, but it's still good.

Been here a few times and had great experiences each time. They have a really nice patio with large tables that can accomodate 9 people which was great, especially during the pandemic. The inside is really nice and quiet as well. My last visit, though, was extraordinary. Our server Dakare was a superstar, one of those mind-reading servers that know when you need them and also are respectful of your group's personal time (for example, he noticed we were into something and just quietly put the boxed leftovers on our table to the point we didn't even know he had come by). Super intuitive, funny, made us feel right at home. Thank you, Dakare! Also my tri-tip was the perfect amount of fat to meat and cooked to a medium-rare the way I like it, so easy to cut through. Yum!! I think the roasted broccoli is also one of their best sides. Parking was a little crazy, the adjacent garage was full but at least there is another garage across the street. All free!
